In today’s fast-paced world, more and more people are exploring ways to bring peace, happiness, success, and abundance into their lives. One powerful and increasingly popular method is manifestation. But what exactly is manifestation? And how can it change your life? To understand this better, we spoke with Radhika Sharma, a certified Manifestation Coach based in Mumbai, who has been helping people across India manifest their dreams and goals.

Radhika’s calm voice and warm smile instantly make you feel at ease. With years of experience and hundreds of clients from different walks of life, she knows exactly how to explain complex ideas in a simple and relatable way. Her journey from a stressed-out corporate employee to a peaceful and successful manifestation coach is truly inspiring.

What is manifestation and how does it work?

When asked to explain manifestation in simple words, Manifestation Coach Radhika says, “Manifestation is the process of turning your thoughts into reality. It’s about aligning your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions to bring something into your life.”

She explains further, “Everything around us is energy, including our thoughts. The universe responds to the frequency of our thoughts. If we constantly think negative thoughts, we attract negative situations. But if we train our mind to focus on positivity, success, and abundance, we naturally start attracting better opportunities and experiences.”

Radhika points out that this is not some magic trick. It’s a science of the mind and a spiritual practice combined. “Even ancient Indian wisdom like the Bhagavad Gita, Vedas, and teachings of saints talk about the power of the mind and intention. So, this is not a new concept to us Indians. We’ve always known that our thoughts shape our reality.”

How manifestation helped her and others

Radhika shared her personal story. A few years ago, she was working in a high-pressure job in a multinational company. “I had money but no peace. I was always stressed and never felt fulfilled. That’s when I came across the concept of manifestation through a friend. I started reading books, watching videos, and practicing daily. In just six months, my life started to change.”

She quit her job and followed her passion to become a coach. Since then, she has helped students manifest success in exams, homemakers improve their family relationships, and business owners attract more clients and money.

One of her clients, a young man from Delhi, manifested a scholarship to study abroad even though he was not confident about his application. “He followed the process seriously, visualised his success daily, and removed his self-doubt. Within three months, he got the email that changed his life.”

Simple manifestation techniques you can try

Many people think manifestation is difficult or time-consuming. But Radhika says it’s actually very simple if done correctly. She shared a few techniques that anyone can start today:

  1. Daily Affirmations: Say positive statements like “I am successful”, “Money flows easily to me”, or “I am healthy and happy” every morning and night. Say them with belief and feeling.
  2. Gratitude Practice: Every night, write down three things you are thankful for. This shifts your mind to focus on abundance.
  3. Visualisation: Close your eyes for 5 minutes daily and imagine your goal as already achieved. Feel the emotions of success, joy, or relief.
  4. Scripting: Write a page in your diary as if your dream life has already happened. For example, “I am so happy to be working in my dream company. My team respects me. I earn well and enjoy every day.”
  5. Letting Go: After doing your manifestation work, don’t keep checking or worrying. Trust that the universe is working in your favour.

She emphasizes, “You don’t need expensive tools. Just your mind, belief, and consistency.”

Common mistakes people make while manifesting

Radhika also highlights some common mistakes that people in India make while trying to manifest.

“People are in a hurry. They want results in a few days. But manifestation is not a shortcut. It’s a mindset shift. You have to be patient and consistent.”

She also says that some people keep changing their goals, or keep thinking, “Will this really happen?” which blocks their energy.

Another issue is the influence of family or society. “In our culture, many people live under pressure. They want to please parents, follow traditions, and don’t listen to their own heart. But manifestation works best when your goal truly comes from your inner desire, not from outside pressure.”

Manifestation and Indian spiritual practices

Interestingly, manifestation is very close to many Indian spiritual traditions. Practices like chanting mantras, praying with intention, and doing seva (selfless service) are all based on the same principles.

Radhika says, “In fact, chanting ‘Om’, using positive mantras, lighting a diya (lamp), or offering prayers with full heart are powerful manifestation tools. These raise your energy and connect you to a higher power.”

She also believes that meditation is one of the strongest tools. “Even 10 minutes of silent meditation daily can clear your mind and help you focus your thoughts in the right direction.”

She encourages people to blend their spiritual beliefs with manifestation practice. “Don’t think you have to choose one. You can believe in God, pray daily, and still use manifestation techniques. In fact, they go hand in hand.”

How to get started on your own journey

If you feel inspired after reading this, Radhika suggests starting small. “Pick one goal. It can be health, money, love, peace, or career. Begin with just 5 minutes a day. Use any one technique—affirmations, visualisation, or journaling. Keep doing it daily for 21 days. You’ll start noticing small shifts.”

She recommends reading books like The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, and also Indian scriptures like The Bhagavad Gita with a fresh mindset.

Also, keep your environment positive. “Avoid negative news, complaining people, or gossip. What you consume affects your vibration.”

She smiles and adds, “And never forget—what you believe, you receive.”

Before ending the conversation, Radhika gives one last message to all readers.

“Your mind is powerful beyond imagination. You are not stuck. You are not helpless. No matter what your current situation is—debt, heartbreak, stress—you have the power to change it. Start believing in yourself. Start visualising a better life. Take one step daily. Slowly but surely, your life will transform.”

Her words are simple but strike a deep chord.

In a country like India, where people are often told to adjust, settle, or suppress desires, manifestation offers a fresh perspective—one where your dreams matter, and where your thoughts can shape your future.

If you’ve ever felt lost, stuck, or like your dreams are too big—maybe it’s time to try manifestation. Who knows? Your new life might just be one thought away.
