Hello there! I’m Nishant Verma, and I’m excited to share my story with you – a journey that reflects the transformation from a notorious school kid to a booming entrepreneur. Born in the lively city of Hisar and raised in the dynamic surroundings of Faridabad, my life has been a rollercoaster of experiences, shaping the person I am today.

In my early academic days, I found myself at Delhi Public School in Faridabad, where I earned a reputation as a notorious child uninterested in studies. However, as I transitioned into college, a profound change occurred. During this phase, I started to understand life’s sophistication and my place in the world.

In 2005, I proudly walked away with a degree from Maharishi Dayanand University, signaling  the end of formal education and the onset of real-world learning. Eager to carve my niche, I teamed up with childhood friends and delved into the domain of home loans, driven by the need for essential pocket money.

Life threw its fair share of challenges my way, but my time as a home loan executive became the crucible that forged my spirit. The highs and lows of this experience shaped my character, nurturing an unpleasant mindset that would prove invaluable in the years to come.

Today, I stand as a testament to the idea that one can overcome any obstacle with determination. My journey from a once notorious child to a successful entrepreneur inspires those who dare to dream. Join me in exploring the remarkable tale of solidity, growth, and the pursuit of dreams.

After my stint as a part-time home loan executive in college, my journey took a new turn as I embraced the role of a full-time direct selling agent. Teaming up with a childhood friend, we seized the opportunity to take on the self-franchise of multinational banks. Simultaneously, I ventured into the real estate sector, eager to broaden my horizons.

In 2011, a significant chapter unfolded in my life as I entered into wedlock. However, due to personal reasons and circumstances, I decided to shift back to my hometown of Hisar from Faridabad, marking a pivotal moment in my life. The transition brought about a period of introspection and learning as I delved into exploring business opportunities.

In 2012, I took a leap of faith and started my own transportation business. Over the next six to seven years, I poured my heart and soul into building the venture. The experience was a challenging yet rewarding phase of my life. In 2017, driven by a desire for diversification, I embarked on a new journey in the retail sector, opening a ready-made garments shop. This venture ran successfully for two years, adding another layer to my entrepreneurial experience.

The year 2019 brought a different challenge as I encountered a fraudulent MLM company. Despite the setbacks, this experience led me to attend motivational seminars, promoting personal growth. In the same year, I returned to Faridabad, exploring the construction industry and absorbing insights from motivational speeches.

The commencement of 2020 brought an unexpected twist with the global pandemic and subsequent lockdown. As the world grappled with the challenges of COVID-19, I found myself at home for an extended period. This period of introspection, coupled with time spent with family, provoked a transformative realization.

Facing financial self-restraint during the lockdown, I embarked on a journey of exploration. Recognizing the shift towards digitalization, I decided to delve into digital marketing. The lockdown period saw me briefly taking on the role of a hotel manager for two months, a temporary deviation from my plans. During this time, I reacquainted myself with Excel and enrolled in a digital marketing course.

The journey into digital marketing was a turning point. As I absorbed the complexity of this dynamic field, a deep realization dawned on me. The various ventures and jobs I had undertaken were stepping stones, each contributing to my growth and self-discovery. It became evident that my true calling lay in entrepreneurship.

In the wake of these realizations, I embraced my role as an entrepreneur with newfound clarity and determination. The journey, marked by twists, turns, and moments of reflection, has shaped me into an individual ready to defeat new horizons in the world of business. The story is still unfolding……

After diving into digital marketing and realizing my knack for entrepreneurship, I found myself at a crossroads: Should I start a PR agency or delve into real estate?

After careful consideration, I chose the path of real estate. Why? Well, I had seen the challenges people faced in this industry – unfair deals, extra brokerages, hidden charges, you name it.
